Our Tenant Application Process

Application Process

If you would like to view one of our properties, please contact us to receive an application form. Once completed and emailed back to us, we will arrange a viewing for you. 

If you wish to let the property, we will inform you as soon as possible of the outcome once we have reviewed your application with the Landlord.

If the letting is agreed, we will contact you to obtain identification and your permission to credit check and further documentation of references and a guarantor form, if applicable. Please note, letting is subject to satisfactory references and credit checks.

Deposit 

Your deposit will be transferred into a government-approved tenant deposit scheme within 30 days of your tenancy starting. You will be issued with a certificate containing details on how you can update your contact details and claim back your deposit at the end of your tenancy.

Tenancy Agreement

 We will issue you with a tenancy agreement and property certificates, please review all of the documents carefully, and should you have any queries, please contact us. Once the tenancy agreement has been signed, we require payment of your first months’ rent and deposit 48 hours before your move-in date.

 Check-In Day

We will meet you at the property on your moving-in date to complete a check-in report and to hand over the keys. You will receive a Welcome folder packed with helpful information, appliance manuals, and most importantly our tenant guide leaflet which contains contact details in the event of an emergency.
