Tenants
Our Tenant Guide
Utilities Supplier
It is your responsibility to arrange a gas, electricity and telephone/broadband supply in your own name unless this is included within your tenancy agreement.
Council Tax
It is your responsibility to contact your local authority to inform them that you are now resident at the property address for council tax purposes.

Your deposit will be lodged in a government-approved tenant deposit scheme within 30 working days of your tenancy start date.
You will receive a certificate confirming your deposit and contact details for the scheme.
Inventory Report
Please refer to your tenancy agreement which requires you to sign and return the inventory for the property within 7 days of it being handed to you.
We ask you to check the inventory report and to raise, in writing, any changes or additions within a 7-day period.
Reporting Maintenance Issues
If there is a maintenance issue, please report this to us as soon as you notice the problem.
We will then schedule a repair and provide notice of when this will take place at your property.
Emergency Repairs
If our office is closed and your repair is an emergency that cannot wait until we re-open then please contact the appropriate out-of-hours contractors noted in your Welcome Pack.
